Support with your mental health
Mental health is incredibly important, and it can be challenging to manage daily tasks when you’re struggling. You’re not alone, and there are many resources available to support you.
We strongly encourage you to reach out to a GP. They’ll be able to give you guidance tailored to your needs. There are online resources and charities dedicated to offering help, too. We’ve included details of a few of them below.
If you’re struggling to manage your policy or keep up with payments, please let us know. The sooner you get in touch, the sooner we can help.
