Alternative document formats and how to request

If you’re blind, have a visual impairment or are partially sighted, we can provide any Moja docs in:

Don't worry - there's no charge for this.

Let us know if you'd like docs in a different format. We'll get those sent to you in the next 14 days - simple!

To help you talk with us, we can take calls through Relay, previously known as Typetalk.

Hearing and speech difficulties

If you’re deaf, have a hearing impairment, or difficulty with your speech, there are a few ways you can connect with us. Our customers can use text and sign language interpreting services through Relay UK and Convo Now.

Using Relay UK Service

To use the Relay UK service you will need a smart phone or textphone.

This service connects you with a Relay UK call assistant. They’ll talk to us on your behalf by passing on your textphone or smartphone messages.

Then, they’ll text you back with our reply.

The Relay UK service is free to use and all their call assistants are bound to keep any information you share by text private and confidential.

To use the Relay UK with a textphone, just enter 18001 before the number you’re calling. Or with a smartphone, download the Relay UK app. There’s no need to enter 18001 if you’re using a smartphone you've already linked to Relay UK.

For more info on getting set up with the Relay UK service, visit the Relay UK website or download their app. The Relay UK app is available from the App store or you can use the links below:
